Ghost Ride: Norfolk

I printed up 40 spoke cards & had three left over after handing them out, so by my count we had 37 cyclists out last Friday for a special Critical Mass ride. The air temperature was in the mid nineties, never mind the radiated heat from the asphalt roads. After three flats and a couple of regroups, we set up two memorial Ghost Bikes. Wes, I wrote the ride up for 24SevenCities.com. Story link: http://www.24sevencities.com/features/news/news-profiles/ghost-ride.html

Hope you don't mind being dubbed "Unofficial King of Norfolk's Bicycle People." It just seemed to fit :)

If I get wacked on my bike by a motorist, don't you dare put a Ghost Bike up for me.

Instead, I want my remains cremated and the ashes put into the water supply of Ford Motor Company, or City Hall. I can at least make them sick.

Enough said.
