The Downtown Norfolk Council will be installing bike racks this summer, and they have released a Request For Proposals. So if you've got an idea for a cool, custom bike rack, here's your chance to get the funding (up to $8,000) to design & build it!

Very interesting, will pass it on to my school's art dept. My Sat race was postponed till May, so I want to go Friday if it's not raining. Where/ When does CM leave? The Alley Cat looks great.
